Hector has worked for The University of Texas system, and has worked for the State of Texas giving him 22 plus years in the public sector and 35 years in the technology sector.  The years of experience in the private, public and educational sectors has brought the same successful approach of technology improvements and customer service support to the Texas Workforce Commission (TWC), Office of Rural Community Affairs (ORCA), Texas Department of Rural Affairs (TDRA), Texas Department of Agriculture (TDA), Department of State Health Services (DSHS), Texas Facilities Commission (TFC), Texas Higher Education Coordinating Board (THECB) and the Texas Department of Motor Vehicles (TxDMV).

While at the State, Hector has worked in a variety of roles.  He enjoys starting his work at the entry level position to learn what each agencies difficulty consists of and loves rolling up his sleeves to fix the underlying problems.  His work never stops there, as with his love of technology and learning, executive leadership recognize his abilities and quickly promote him to help manage the IT Department and resolve Audit Findings.  From System Analyst, Programmer, Team Lead, Supervisor, Operations Manager, Director, Information Security Officer (ISO), and Information Resource Manager (IRM), Hector has taken on each role with vision of always making a difference to the constituents of the State of Texas and loves to lead by example.

Born in Lockhart Texas, Hector’s work has taken him across the State of Texas, United States and Internationally in different role and work capacities.  Austin has been his family’s home for the past 38 years and he looks forward  to continue providing Excellent Customer Support and successful results to his clients.
